Processing, Shipping & Returns
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. MADE TO ORDER items, being custom in nature, can take an extended period to produce. READY TO SHIP items are processed within 1-3 business days from time of sale. For details, see the individual item listings.
I prefer to ship the majority of products via USPS mail services. USPS consistently has the best rates and delivery times, whether shipping domestic or international.
Tracking numbers are always provided to customers when the item ships.
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
I will typically begin production on your order within 1-2 days of receiving it. As time progresses, more and more work is completed, which can include any personalizations, personal requests, etc. - making cancellation impossible. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders (meaning any item upon which a specific personalization, whether family name, crest, or inscription/dedication has been applied).
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
